Your mission

As a CEE Marketing Specialist, you will be essential in supporting our GoodWe CEE team with all operational marketing tasks. This includes event and exhibition preparation, content creation, and assisting with channel marketing activities. You will report to the CEE Marketing Manager of GoodWe.

Your main responsibilities

• Support the CEE Marketing Manager in implementing local marketing plans in the Czech Republic and other emerging CEE markets.
• Assist customers with co-marketing activities based on local strategies.
• Managing local websites and social media channels content.
• Create content for newsletters, social media, landing pages, graphics, case studies, videos, etc.
• Localize and distribute local articles & PRs.
• Oversea, manage and update the local CEE Marketing Library.
• Support the CEE team in local virtual/offline events such as trainings, webinars, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
• Support with day-to-day tasks, while bringing in own ideas and a hands-on approach.
• Coordinate with the GoodWe EMEA team, HQ and with our customers.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (marketing experience, experience in solar inverters or renewables is a plus).
• Fluent in English and Czech languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and social media (experience with CMS systems, GetResponse, and GA is a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated quick learner.
• Comfortable to work in an international environment.
• Can-do attitude with a collaborative and result-oriented mindset
• Team player with a proactive, flexible, dynamic, and customer-oriented approach.
